application | disperse yellow brown 2RCW is used for dyeing polyester fibers. its color matching performance is excellent. it is mixed with disperse purple CW (C.I.disperse violet 93) and disperse navy blue 5G (C.I.disperse Blue 291) to obtain disperse black EX-SF with excellent performance. |
Production method | Using 4-nitro-2, 6-dichloroaniline and N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline as raw materials, first 4-Nitro-2, 6-dichloroaniline is diazoitized, and then coupled with N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline to obtain the product.. 98% sulfuric acid is added to the diazotized pot, the temperature is reduced to below 10 ℃, the dried and crushed sodium nitrite is slowly added, then the temperature is increased to 70 ℃, the temperature is kept for 30min, then the temperature is reduced to 0-10 ℃, 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline is slowly added, after the addition, the stirring reaction is continued for 4 hours to obtain diazo liquid. The feed ratio of each reactant: 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline: sulfuric acid: sodium nitrite = 1:1.5:1.03 (mass ratio). Add ice water of 3-4 times the mass of diazo liquid in the coupling pot, then slowly add the diazo liquid in a fine flow, maintain (0±2)℃, then add N-ethyl-N-cyanoethyl aniline in a fine flow, and continue to stir for more than 5 hours after addition until the diazo disappears to obtain the product. |
